    Yea lose the fat first before doing 1000 crunches because those are a waste of time if you have high body fat %...

    unsay best buhaton para magka ABS? for beginners? i so hate sit-ups..di ko kabangon,,,naay lain easier way exercise sa abs? i mean abdominal exercise

    ^^yes, i want something like that, flat and well-toned abs, lisura pud mag sit-ups oi.di gani ko makabangon hapit. iwant to get rid of my beerbelly! any abdominal exercise tips for beginners?

    So you have a beer belly and you're flat-chested..... hmmmm.

    Well, on the onset, you should know that ang tiyan is the most difficult muscle to tone. There are no shortcuts to it but to work the muscle out.

    If lisuran ka ug full sit-ups then look for abs crunches na exercise sa YouTube.

    agree. .ang tiyan jud ang pinaka lisod. .maong wala nlng jud ko nangandoy na mo pormo ug 6packs hehe . . lose WT sajud ms sugbuana, and stop tagay . .pag health living na kung na conscious naka sa imo lawas . . dn pag abs daun. .hehe
