can i ask the step by step process on how to buy 2nd hand motorcycle from sellers up to transferring of ownership to me..

ako nabaw-an kay deed of sale raman...

i dont know sa uban...pls can you imoart ur knowledge about it??

deed of sale is important & make sure its notarized by a Notary Public.
Ask 2 valid ID sa Vendor (ang nagbaligya) photocopy

Sa transfer of ownership sa LTO ky required ang deed of sale, photocopy of ID sa Vendor & Vendee, police clearance & MVIS, mao ra na sa ako nahibaw-an, i dnt knw if naa pa ba lain...

add pud ko gamay, use the text service of LTO to check if wala bay "bad record" ang motor. dili jud ni fool proof nga plan pero it has its uses. mao ni format:

LTO VEHICLE XXXXXX where XXXXXX is the plate number of the unit. then send to 2600.
