yep hehe, apil ko sa discussion if ever naa hehe, rules are imperfect because they are made by us humans w/c is also imperfect, but through experience, data gathering and observation we can formulate equations to help polish the rules to to make it more balanced, for the betterment of the game and the racers, and of course, w/o compromising the fun factor of teh game! yeeeeeeahhhhhh!
