Default can my laptop display 1080p?

good day everyone, i hope you can help me with this. im planning to buy a 32" lcd for my daughters cartoon shows and movies. it will also serve as me and my wife's movie tv. im deciding between samsung series 3 720p at P19,000 and samsung series 5 1080p at P25,000. i will pair it with my wife's laptop and my gaming rig that will act as the multimedia player. im favoring the series 5 kay 1080p na cya.

this is my gaming rig specs:
    core2quad at 3.2ghz
    4gig ram
    500g hdd
    ati 5850
    samsung t220 at 1680x1050

    my wife's laptop
    core i3 2.4ghz
    2gig ram
    320g hdd
    intel hd grafix
    display at 1366x768

what i plan to do is connect my desktop and the laptop to the 32" samsung lcd tv by hdmi cables.
    - display 1366x768 in the laptop and at the same time display 1920x1080 in the lcd tv.
    - display 1680x1050 in the desktop and at the same time display 1920x1080 in the lcd tv.

    pwede raba ni mabuhat?
and also, kaya raba sa intel hd grafix mag display ug 1920x1080 sa lcd tv para mag watch movies?
i hope kaya ra, kay if dili kaya sa intel hd grafix, basin mag series 3 nalang ko kay 1366x768 ra ang reso.

go for Samsung Series 5, you will definitely see the difference when you plug this to your computer. I am using Series 5 plugged into a computer.

yup, i know it is better than series 3. but is the laptop with intel hd graphix powerful enough to output 1920x1080 display on this lcd?

if mag play ug movies (i.e. avi, mkv, mp4) sir, copy nalang ug usb drive. and plug directly sa series 5. dili naka kailangan ug any other player. mao rani akong buhaton diri sa among c530. para wala nay hasol sa additional cables.

    just my share

Series 5 ata 50hz o 60hz lng, mas nice ang 100hz o 120hz and above para wlay lag kung sa LG pa trumotion technology or sa samsung motionclear.
