share lang ku sa aku experience ha...
last august 2010 i brought home a 2 month old pup (manila - cebu) through cebu pacific (naia3). i had no problems whatsoever bringing home the pup. i just showed the quarantine officer his health card and he gave me a permit, no questions asked.
just this weekend i brought home another pup, 2 month old pud (manila -cebu) through PAL (naia2). the quarantine officer there told me that there was a new law that only pups/dogs 3.5 month old and above can be shipped. i told her nga bago lang ku nagpadala etc...and had no problems. she insisted that the law was NEW and that they have to implement it. after much explanation, i showed her the health card with up to date vaccinations, talked to their in-house vet, i told him he can check my pup if he wants because i was sure she is of perfect health.....anyway, after all that, they finally gave me a permit to transport but only after they checked out that the vet that vaccinated my pup was legit. they took the vet's license number, etc. basically all the information they could gather from the health card. they also warned me that i should be aware of this so called new law the next time around...........
so there, anyone knows if naa ba jud ni new law or kato lang sa naia2 aku na experience recently since the TS said cebu airport will allow it
