    kani, kani akong gkalibugan... Exercise noh nya way singot kau? -.- dili man pud ko dakog kaon sakto ra nga ma satisfy akng kagutom nya 45mins-1 hour mag jog wala ko mo niwang T_T

    Kung mag exercise mo ayaw lang kay mag jog and jog. SET GOALS to your exercise and diet. Ang lisod man gud sa uban kay abi naka jogging na means OK na para padaot.

    If mo jog mo 5k in 30minutes, next week kay make your 5km less than 30minutes ^_^

    maniwang jud ka ana bro... mas maayo mag gym nalang ka... mag gym ka ug tudo ug kung mag diet ka ayaw pud nang magpinarihas kag kinaon sa mga babaye... wa nakay kusog ana.

    maypa mag gym ka... effective jud bisan pag 30 minutes a day lang or 3 times a week... naa man program ang gym where makapili ka kung paniwang bajud ka or padako sa lawas..
