May I ask how much does your company pay your architects for the said job?

Here's a thought - For residential houses, Architects are supposed to get paid at the rate of 10% of the total construction cost (Say, 150k for a 1.5m residential house). Apparently, that thing never gets anywhere in this country.

Yes bro..I know the UAP Documents. We pay what is due because we value the profession.

There are a lot of business opportunities locally which an arki (grad or not, licensed or not) can be into.
You just need to have that superior skills and mind-set i mentioned..
