    USC Law ranks no. 2 in the country

    USC Law Batch 2005 registered an impressive 88.89% passing percentage for the September 2005 bar exams, ranking second to Ateneo de Manila University in terms of passing percentage of new takers.

    Results released on March 30, 2006 reflected a national passing percentage of only 27.22%, based on bar examinees from close to 100 law schools in the country.

    With 48 out of 54 examinees from USC passing the bar exams, this batch’s performance is the highest since 1977, which registered 90.48% over the national percentage of 60.56%. Of note is USC’s Batch 1965, which had a 100% passing mark compared to the national passing percentage of 32%.
