To all those who wants to participate , please do it in a diplomatic way to avoid chaos and offtopic .

I made the to see what you guys think of MODERATORS sa forums both active and inactive but obviously ang mahatagan ninyo ug inputs are ang active lang since some mods are already inactive for years or lurkers na lang .

Anyways , just give inputs mapa positive or negative sa mga moderators . This is one way of finding out the standing and quality of leadership being addressed in the forums . Kung negative gani ang inputs ninyo , mas maayo naay basis why naka evaluate mo ana , ayaw mo kahadlok since this is also a way of us finding out what we are missing basta di lang below the belt ang opinions ninyo .

You guys can start with whoever you want to commend or kung naa mo suggestion na style of moderating na usbon anang specific na mod kay wala mo naka uyon basta naa lang siya sa boundaries sa rules and regulations of the forums .

Basta always remember , mga MODS diri ... trabaho lang walay personalay .

Up ko ani boss... Para pud mahilot ang usna to ang angay hiloton...I have received two infraction from the mods already but most probably sayop nako kay nakalimot ko sa rules...

Kuya spring, thanks for putting up this thread, kay lately lang there are these moderators which troubles my thoughts.

I don't find any problems which most moderators do, kanang mag police sa forums or chatbox. Pero I noticed, a few Moderators don't have the courtesy in replying or posting in a thread. Even if wala tay violations or we posted in a correct manner, some moderators' reply are unnecessarily arrogant, walay courtesy.

I don't think being discourteous in posting thread replies are part of a moderators job.

mao jud, though wala ko kasulay na gi replyan sa mods na arrogant style but naka basa ko sa uban.
naay koy nabasahan ato sauna nakalimut nako, ma louy lang ko nagbasa ba kay ni reply ang isa ka mod gawas na sarcastic kaayu mo tubag iya pa jud gi kasaban ang isa ka forumer. then close sa thread.
pwede man seguru mo reply ug tinarong na tubag kana humane na reply ba para sad dili maulawan ang forumer.

Out of boredom lang actually so I decided to come up with something constructive and I noticed lately na as a mod , on a personal level daghan na pod ko lapses hehehe .

I understand ngano maka ingon ang uban about their " hinanakit " yet I just figured out na lisod diay gihapon i evaluate ang MODS since wala man specific statements gud addressing the criticisms basta constructive lang .

ANyways ... like I said , basta naa lang mo basehan and it is within the range of the rules and regulations , please do so . Let us start with SPRINGFIELD , yours truly . Unsay wala ninyo naganahi nako as a MOD ? Be honest because if di ko makahibalo ana , how can I improve myself being a MOD ? I know after sa inyohang unofficial evaluation through feedbacks daghan na pod MOD gusto makahibalo how well they are functioning as a mod . Ayaw lang sa personal level ha hehehe .

So far, I can't say much about you Spring because I rarely see you "in action" in the threads I frequent to. However I got to chat with you and the rest of the chatters months ago. I had fun because I forgot you were a mod prolly of the 80's topic we were so engrossed yapping with the rest of the "gors" chatters lols.

From experience, I must commend YJOB for making the newbies' stay and mine, as well, as comfy as a pillow as he creatively modifies the RULES which can be readily understood by the peeps in the forum. He dabbled it with humor which makes it a fun read at the same time informative. Well done, YJOB
