Depends on what you are aiming for. Hospitals provide the venue for practicing what you have learned in college. Aside from that, it offers you the chance to be hired as a nurse in abroad. Call centers, on the other hand, provide a very large starting salary but at the expense of not being able to practice your profession.
Better weight the benefits (of each option) against what you really need both short-term and long-term.

depends on a lot of factors.. your priorities, your long-term plans, your financial capacity, etc..

call center is a temporary job for nurses kumbaga pang short term lang, where as kung naa sa hospital gamit kaayu ang kurso then pang lifetime or pang regular pa jud nga work.
