Opinions can either be in a form of question or a form of parables, etc.
it is a vague idea in which some confidence is placed for others to ponder without striking a negative thought or a positive one on the subject matter. it is there to be fair. what part of the question that does not represent an idea? if you can pick one, then im out here.

One newbie was ban, as far as I can remember, just because he rushed to being a Junior by creating multiple threads...and most of them were "FlameBaits" (and he didn't really give any opinion on what he asked or the thread he created).
