    aside sa queuing, kung avail kay pwede ipullout ang mga agents sa usa ka team pra mag team meeting..mao ning nindut..pro kung queuing auto in tanan..

    twc is awesome
    im from twc wave 5... 3yrs this coming march24
    so far cvg and twc has been good to me
    quing in some months but for the last 5 months is avail
    ask any question all gladly answer it

    TWC for me is not stressful at all. why? coz we have a limited scope of support. sayon ra jud cya. di parehas sa uban call centers nga super agents kay tanan problema sa customer solbaron. yes tinuod strict ang account. all of accounts in CVG are strict coz we deliver, we perform thats why we are the best and for that we get paid higher than most call centers.

    do good in the technical/computer skills part of the exam then most likely you will be profiled to a technical support account like TWC.

    nice man ang TWC na accnt.. so far duha paman pud ka cc akong natrabahuan dli ko prehas anang uban diha nga ngcge nalang ug call center hopping.. so far mas ganahan ko ani nga account kay laid out kaau ang scope of support.. dli ka super agents nga sulbaron tanan problems sa customer.. Technical lng gyud cya.. mas advantage ug taas naka ug experience as tech dli raka ka.cope up.. bag.o pako ani nga account so far trending up akong scores... always passing looking forward to be one of the circle of excellence at the end of this quarter

    Im from TWC too.. so far there's no problem with the account.. in fact i find it easy so long as you know your scope of support and you are responsible enough to do your part.. Now if you are profiled for TWC you should be glad..

    wave 50.2 here... 5 months nako sa twc... first callcenter experience... from zero to superagent sir! learned everything as it is laid down na limited ra imong support. Glad to be here... but sadly mu resign nako for law school.
