Draft a summary of skills you have and how you were able to used it with ur last job or current job. If u hav some problem drafting in english, do it in tagalog then translate it later. State ur name, brief summary of ur experience, education and why your applying for the job. State why you think that you have potential and why u shud be cnsidered.
