I was a call center agent for more than 3 years. I don't see anything degrading with the song.. I think the lyrics says it all and its a fact.. Except that maligo baya jud ko no matter unsa pa ka tugnaw.. hehe.. But i know some of my colleagues naay di maligo..
dili degrading? the lyrics says it all and it's a fact? na unsa gud tawn na imo comments na pareha mAN sa composer ani na song.
its kind of degrading kanang 'sagol singot ang baho...'
I for one knows that most call center agents, when they go to work are super duper humot jud, especially sa mga 'maya'.. ai sus.. murag asa nga party adto.an...
though the rest of the lyrics are kinda hit the spot to what a call center agent normally would do...
'laway ray puhonan' means to say.. it's how we talk everyday to our callers that makes our job and earns our pay...

Yes i mentioned na " maligo gyud ko no matter unsa ka tugnaw.." but it doesn't end there.. basaha og balik akong comment or tiwasa og basa, alright?
Tinuod, laway ra ang puhonan at the least sa call center.. Mao na ang reason why majority of call centers have basic minimum requirements of at least a high school graduate.. I have a very close friend, i referred him sa isang call center, he barely finished high school. Now he's earning at least P25,000 per month net as a collections agent. My other friend igo lang naka 1st year college, eh ngayon supervisor na sa isang telecom account.. These are facts of life.. I mean kung sobrahan ra kaayo mo critical sa mga songs instead of supporting it, then wa tay mahimo ana..
That's why relax ka lang, it's my own opinion. I know what i'm talking about coz i've been a customer care rep myself and i'm proud of it.. I don't find the song degrading.. That's how i see it..
