i've been with the same shoes with you. what i did is i went to gym almost everyday or 4x a week.. and drank some supplement like amino 6000, amino 2000, amino 2222 and whey protein...try lifting heavy so you will gain fast and have some sexy chocolate body if you like too.... basta ayaw kalimot ug kaon and sometimes beer pud...
