cry pod panagsa...dili man daotan ang muhelak...if you have problem you cry if sakit sa dughan para mawagtang pod panagsa ang sakit...dili sad maayo ang taw dili muhelak.. if you have problems share it with other people but those pipol nga mka trust ka and mka share some advise.. like sa imong family or friends..kanang mga tawhana maonay pwede nimo sultian sa problema nimo especially imong family.. you can be a strong person if you know how to deal some situation.. cry if you want dont hide the pain,share if you want..ana lang..after ana mka learn kag lesson then you can be stronger. ayaw kawala sa hope.. just pray to god..and everything wl be fine.

kahibalo baka nga maka cause na ug heart problem. it will only highten stress? its very unhealthy when people are suppressing their emotions. what are u so afraid of? that people will say that u r a weakling? sus, defense mechanism rana imo bro. although u r entitled to that pero mas luag sa dughan kanang truly maka express ka sa imong feelings. when u feel u r at your lowest, look around u...look at these people sleeping on the streets, babies on the sidewalk, mga girls nga prostitute, they have to sell their bodies to have food on the table, single mothers nga taking care of the children alone while the husband is spending his money on other women, or na death sentence naka. is it really worse than your case? we cant tell, unless u r willing to share. the thought that u started this thread, u want people to know u r in pain inside. why start in the first place if u dont want people to know u are emotionally bothered.
