The residential areas are just plain boring and a waste of land. I'm only looking forward for the IL CORSO strip development which will compliment SM SRP and that's all. I don't know how they came up with such boring plans for the residential component of the project. tsk tsk tsk..........

Gisayangan ko's residential component sa FLI ayh. They could've worked better on the aesthetics and the HEIGHT of the residential buildings. SRP is a prime lot and what I envision it to be is not a town in Italy but a reflection of Cebu's future as a booming megacity. supertalls like the condominium in SM's lot there around the mall.
