usually ang exams ani for chat support is technical..kung kamao kag technical saun ra..
hr na ata ang bahala kung asa ka pde ibutang, pro pde daw ka manghangyu kung hiring ang usa ka account based sa results sa imo exmas ug account interview..

ako kay 68 wpm with 100% accuracy rate... lol... pati ako na shock... hahahha.... mao guro to ang reason why i was hired by cvg... under ko sa comcast adto... COF/sales na siya, but ang nakalahi kay wa ka namaligya...kaw ra ga process ila order kay once mu chat ang customer naa naman sila gi order ana.. all you need is upsell and you don't need to force them to buy it. as long as imu gibutang sa imung chat flow, you're safe para di ka ma red flag... but ni resign na noon ko... 8 months pud ko didto.. nice experience pud to siya.. wahehehe... nindot kay la ko kasuway nga naka night shift ko, always day shift ko, mga 7 am ko start ends at 4 pm... so its not really queing, chika chika lang mu imu mga ka officemates... heheheh
