heres my theory:

what if there's a buyer for a heart. let say from norway, the richest country.
what if a rich girl there is dying of a heart problem. or probably a close relative.
and they need a heart of a child for surgery urgently?
and there is a shortage of organ donor?
what would one do?

go to a third world country like phils.--
kidnap a child of same age.--
have a nurse girlfriend, check if a child is compatible with the patient (bloodworks etc.).
if not compatible, just kill her and dump her body and look for a more compatible victim.

that's why i assume they will kidnap another girl again.

bloodworks are not enough...you need tissue samples....you need samples from the recipient...all these cannot be performed in a few hours....moreover, these samples have to be preserved in the proper container and solution or else it will be useless for testing.mind you...a civilian cannot import or hand carry any of these without being questioned.

moreover, to do all these lab testings you will need high-end laboratory equipments, which a nurse cannot afford to buy..unless she is extremely...and i mean extremely rich.

even if the girlfriend is a nurse, this does not assure that she has the capacity to check for compatibility...if that is the case....having a dr. or med tech as a girlfriend is more plausible.
