in relation to the posting/attaching of image, unsa na CODE ang gamiton kung ang post sa ni-reply/topic starter ang gusto nimong kopyahon? kai most of the post here have Originally posted by... lamat daan ^^
You mean like this? Just click on the "Quote" button. This also works if you're quoting an image. But note that quoting images is highly discouraged.
You will be taken to the "Reply" text box, and from there, you can shorten the message inside the quote tags, if you so choose. When you type in your own comments, make sure you write outside the quote tags.
let's say i want to quote the whole conversation above (apil ang quoted from polgasensei), can i quote a quote?
OT: A quote within a quote? QUOTECEPTION. Er, sorry, I just couldn't help myself.
Based on my experiences, you can't quote a quote. Maybe the mods have disabled it. But if you really want to, I guess you can do this (but it's bothersome to do this all the time):
1. Right click on the quote button of the reply that is the 'inner' quote (in this case, polgasensei's reply) and click on 'Open Link in a New Tab'.
2. On your original tab, click on the quote button of 'outer' quote (in this case, my previous reply).
3. Go to the other tab and copy the text in the box.
4. Go back to the original tab and paste the text into where it 's supposed to be.
5. Submit reply.
6. ? ? ?
7. PROFIT!!!
NOTE: Texts within quotes were edited.
yah, that's exactly what i meant. thanx clinically dead
