it's a sad reality for us nurses..,
some may have good credentials and high board ratings.., yet it's so hard to land a job as staff nurses in a prestigious hospital.., for CDUH.., exclusive ra ila graduate ila e hire.., sa PSH.., backeray pa rin.., labi na sa CHH.. but i wonder if there are exception to their rules..., maybe by pure luck and God's will nkasulod aning mga hospitala without any backer from 2009 onwards..care to tell how did you manage to do so =)

practically speaking it does not exist nowadays....i am working at CHH and to be honest i have backer...you will have a hard time entering that big hospital knowing no one...anyway im not discouraging you from trying....its better to try than never..good luck...

ning apply pa ko sa CDUH, padong pa sad sa CHH kay ngita pa kog kusog na backer... ako friend apply sa CHH, gi interview siya pag morning, wa pa gani xa naka uli sa balay gitawagan na siya na sulod daw xa.. dali ra kaau kay naa my backer

kung walay backer, the interviewer will ask you SO MANY questions with regards to this and that...


pero kung naay backer, 1 question lang.... how are you related to so and so... sulod dayun!

mao tungod mani sa kadaghan sa mga nurses. mao ng swerte au ang na-ai backer.. tinuod wai gamit imong credentials, imong paghago sa college, imong paghago sa review kai baliwala ra ang board rating.
