    Wa jud niy ayo na shop. I don't intend to ruin the reputation of this shop but as a consumer I just want to share my experience and in my personal advice - steer clear of this shop!!!

    I bought an 8 GB memory card here. I thought it was a great deal. 840 lang sa malls kay almost 2000 ang price ana. wala pay 2 weeks dili na mubasa. my psp is prompting me to reformat the card all of a sudden nya inig format sad nimo muerror pud na no memory stick inserted. No big deal, I still have the reciept anyway... or so I thought.... Anyway, naa ra btaw sa sulod sa ako psp ang memory card all the time

    This afternoon I took the time to go there but did not expect to be greeted by the worse kind of customer service I ever encountered.. I got the reciept but they refused to do anything kay naa daw "buak" ang memory card... I swear to God I never removed the card from my psp unit -- if you are familiar, you don't really have to kay naa man nay mini USB slot if you want to save or modify files in the card and I never dropped it either. But then they just smirkeld and laughed at me saying na "ambot nimo dili baya mi mag sunod2x nimo kung giunsa na nimo"... I asked for repairs and dili pud daw ma repair,,, so wala daw silay mabuhat... I asked them, so that's it, basically junk na nah xa? and that guy kanang kauban anang intsikon said,, anah jud nah bai, disposable raman gud na ang mga memory card... What the hell, what do you mean disposable? Are we talking about napkins here? SO all your products here are "disposable"?

    Figured, don't be blinded by low price... I'll just buy next time from more reputable stores with people that really know a thing or two about customer service!!
    And by the way, sa kanang nakafamiliar pud ha... the buak they said was just a part of the plastic na nagcover sa chip... bsag naa pa nay buak basta intact ang chip sa sulod it shouldn't be a problem... low quality products with people that don't know about customer service.... that pretty much sums up my experience there! never buying anything from this store again!!!

    You know, that crack on your memory card happened after your purchase and before you took it to them. I'm sure if naay crack ang memory card in the first place, I'm sure wala nimo dawata and they would have replaced it immediately. But in this case, as a customer service personnel myself, it is unfortunately, customer negligence.

    As much as a csr or owner of the shop would like to help you, it is out of their control. Also, i guess you really get what you pay for, huh?

    Charge it to experience bro. maayu gani kay memory card rana imong napalit.. kasuway ko sauna palit anang refurbished na cell phone sa colon.. NEVER AGAIN.. over my dead body.. heheheh..

    You can try talking to NEOS himself.. maybe he can give you a discount or come up with an agreement with buying another memory card?
    The owner is a very nice guy and I'm sure he has helped out customers with bigger problems than your memory card. my 2 cents..

    Yeah bro.... charge to experience nalang jud ni akoa... never again.. I was planning to buy a PS3 here sometime next month but this experienced literally crushed my confidence in their products and services... I would relent na this is in fact negligence in my part but only because I trusted their products and services.... I never actually even looked at the memory card until it had problems with it... gisulod ra xa dretso so unit and uploaded the free 8 games on it! So I can't determine whether the crack was there in the first place or not... even if the crack happened afterwards, how could that happen when the memory card was just inside my psp unit all that time? You have to agree na it speaks worse about the quality of their products... and to have them say its "disposable:". I wouldn't pay 840 for anything that's disposable... Now I'm back to my 2 Gb memory card, which by the way came along with my purchase of a PSP 2000 from YOUR SHOP several years ago.. So you see, you guys see,, you've lost a repeat customer! and you can be sure na if somebody asks me about your shop, I wouldn't be saying anything good from this point on!

    Maybe next time, I should be wary huh and inspect memory cards or any other products and services that I buy maybe even take images of it too from the day of my purchase... sounds paranoid huh but I figure na its the only way to protect yourself from this kind of experiences.. Yeah I hope sir NEOS could help, but I don't know him or anybody connected to the shop... So I'm not holding my breathe and I'm just writing it off as a loss. Also in frustration I already threw away the memory card after trying to open it to see if the chip was still in tact, and it was.... the crack they say was just on the housing, the part where the contact points are which unlike the original was made of some rubber like material instead of solid plastic... I already disposed it because as that guy there said it was "disposable" LOLZ ato niya....
