the heck? this thing is lethal depending on the velocity of the projectile. it could even count to or even equal as an improvised shotgun. how is the marble propelled by the way?

This is dangerous both to the user and to the general public if fired irresponsibly. The combustion chamber is not pressure rated, and the pvc used is just ordinary pvc.

The principle used here is the same as the BOGA. You used a propellant mix in some air, and ignite it with a piezoelectric (cigarette lighter) igniter. Although less powerful than the compressed air version, but this one can still hurt like heck, especially if the propellant/air mixture is increased.
