If you read the reports, he said he wouldn't open his laptop without his lawyer. You're acting like you're born yesterday. Our police are NOTORIOUS for planting evidences.

alibi is the weakest defense in crimes.
the witnesses, they are very important to this case.
because the girl was snatched in the school where people have seen these suspects.
they should go there and ask if they really saw this couple.

they should also locate the vehicle used, to solve this problem. they simply has to ask the people in tuburan what is the service vehicle of this couple. from there, once the car is found--they could recover more evidence in that car and solve this case..

regarding the vehicle used, it was a rented toyota vios and not a pajero which was what the suspects used according to the witnesses. the rent a car company even confirmed this and also the driver who drove them to tuburan from the city.

for me, its 90% a mistaken identity for this case of ellah joy. but I can't comment the other case from jagobiao.

you can not be at two places at the same time... there are documentary evidences that can not be disproved. how can they be in minglanilla when they are in some other places during those times?

if you say tuburan is not so far away from barili, I doubt if you know where tuburan is. how long from tuburan to get to barili? it's from north to south.

Nag condemn ka ug duha ka tao nga mismo ang police walay solid evidence against nila aside from CHILD witnesses and the only way to prove nga innocent sila para nimo kay kung mu balik ang kidnapping?
