There are video evidences. No matter what explanations you have, you cannot disprove recorded video.

Digal looks like a fool right now.

He was sick, lonely and depressed

alibi is the weakest defense in crimes.
the witnesses, they are very important to this case.
because the girl was snatched in the school where people have seen these suspects.
they should go there and ask if they really saw this couple.

they should also locate the vehicle used, to solve this problem. they simply has to ask the people in tuburan what is the service vehicle of this couple. from there, once the car is found--they could recover more evidence in that car and solve this case..

reportedly, the woman was identified by each witness when presented in a lineup with two other lady policewomen. it would be sad though if the police just made it up just to get to the bounty or just to solve the case.

Supt. Eduardo Saavedra, deputy director of administration of the Cebu Provincial Police Office (CPPO), said while they welcome the National Bureau of Investigation's (NBI) entry in the case, they have stopped searching for other suspects in the crime.

In yesterday's monthly PNP forum, Saavedra said the testimonies of three child witnesses are “strong enough” to warrant filing of charges against suspects Sven Erik Berger and Karen Castro Esdrelon.

    Good grief.

do you know the "time frame" after harvesting an organ to be considered "useful" for transplant?

I assume you are a big fan of conspiracy theories. But we are talking about solid evidences here, not conspiracies.

but with a vehicle, it can be done and you can return like nothing happened.
you can pretend to be taking photographs there.

for me, its 90% a mistaken identity for this case of ellah joy. but I can't comment the other case from jagobiao.

you can not be at two places at the same time... there are documentary evidences that can not be disproved. how can they be in minglanilla when they are in some other places during those times?

if you say tuburan is not so far away from barili, I doubt if you know where tuburan is. how long from tuburan to get to barili? it's from north to south.

nag rent ra na sila ug toyota vios gikan cebu ngadto sa tuburan, willing mo testify ang driver sa vios, so obviously wala na silay service. willing mo testify ang tag-iya sa norwegian school, naa sila evidence to prove nga didto sila at specific time nga impossibly nga maadto sila sa mingla.

ang laptop, i-open "kuno" nila karon adlawa, maoy sulti sa lawyer nila esdrelon. wa kuno sila mahadlok mo open sa laptop, ang ilang condition mao ra jud nga i-open with the presence of the investigators, the media and sa ilang lawyer.
