whats wrong in quoting the media? it is general courtesy on this forum section to back your post with links. At least the media is open for libel, slander and defamation charges. If they are wrong then sue them.

His action (to end his life) would not be consistent with being a fall guy.

In his last interview.. he clearly admits to corruption in the AFP and his participation in it. He does clarify that corruption had already been there and he was just going with the flow so to speak and had accepted corruption as normal within the flawed system in the AFP.

Given that he was being accused and his family was already being targeted... he could admit to corruption in the AFP and expose the entire web.

If he admitted and turned state witness...then many would regard him as a hero or as a person who grew a conscience and tried to right his wrongs.

In taking his own life, he denied himself the opportunity for redemption to clear his name and save his reputation.

I'm certain Reyes knew a lot about how high corruption went up the chain of command... now any secret he may have kept... he brought with him to his mom's grave... literally
