ako lang nimo. start sa diet sa. eat healthy. lessen your carb intake. take away your rice replace it with banana. mao ni ako nabuhat.
i quit smoking coz i learned it the hard way. para nako lang diet first for how many months then exercise once controlled na imo food intake.
no rice jud ko. 1 yr na. mao jud na ako sulit sa mga people gi unsa nako nagpaniawang i tell them i dont eat rice. mga first 2 months i replace my rice with banana. then after 2 months na.anad ra ko walay rice. after 6 months pa ko nagexercise na balance na ako diet.
