Yes, this has a Nikon USA Warranty. This warranty will be honored by a Nikon authorized service center outside USA as long as you have the sales receipt from a dealer in the USA (USA warranty honored in other countries?). The link I gave you mention of a yellow copy (warranty) card, this does not apply to DSLR as stated here, Nikon Warranty and Product Registration.

I purchased this from a Nikon authorized dealer in the US. If this transaction will push through, I'll give you the sales receipt for your keeping.

This item is brand new (it's not refurbished by Nikon or by any dealer) and you will see that in the sales receipt. I never have a problem with it and this has not been dropped nor maltreated.
