    yes maam.. in fact that was what the HR told me during the interview gyud. and the impression was i had it.

    sakit lang gyud ang frustrations of being rejected.

    yeah bitaw.

    in this case kay i made it smoothly thru the interview man gud. i had high hopes based on that.

    pero like you said... i have no choice but to move on..

    mas nindot gyud unta if i know unsa reason why ko ni fail para ma correct pud nako.

    oh no, we don't take company rejections personally. a lot of factors are considered in making the hiring decision, not just your abilities.

    In the event an applicant has been rejected,
    I think it would be a good idea to inform the applicant via email, SMS or phone call.
    Para pud mawala ang iyang anxiety..

    it is in fact not only a good idea but the professional and ethical way pud unta to inform the applicant.

    maka ingon gyud ta og ingon ana Sir, Ginoo jud na sila para natong mga aplikante. pa itoy-itoy lang jud sa ta labi na wala pa kaayo ta experience and we need the job badly...

    i wonder why they are called HR when they do not seem to respect us lowly job seekers as having the tiniest amount of dignity telling us that we have been rejected and the reasons why so we may not make the same mistakes as we move on.

    Human Resources man kaha na sila.. with degrees in psychology. but they dont seem to merit their appreciation of the fact that we job seekers are also human...though not considered a resource to them.
