that is a very sad way of living your life...i ask you, when you get out of your house, do you wear a bullet-proof vest with matching helmet? do you carry at least 2 handguns with 2 extra magazines each, aside from your rifle? do you ride your armored vehicle to work everyday?

I would say that what they did was better than nothing...these guys (the Police) deserve all the support that they can get from us citizens. how many times have they caught criminals but can't lock them up for good because NO ONE would be a witness against the criminals. it is true that there are idiot cops who also blemish their badges but we should not be stereo-typing them just like that...

just imagine what would be the scenario if every single person on this country would have a mentality like yours, heck, everybody would be shooting each other out of pure paranoia.

hope should always be there...otherwise, everyone would start jumping off bridges..

Mind you guys, the Lapu-Lapu SWAT Unit is one of the best units in our country ... they are well equipped, updated and well trained ... what they did was standard procedure for suspicious packages

Just a note on FAQ, are you even a Filipino? Did you hear yourself saying those words?
One of the reasons why our country is chaotic and criminals roam free is due to the fact that most of us kay walay pagpakabana sa atong katilingban... makatilaw lng tag nindot nga trabaho ug dako nga sweldo dinhi or sa gawas man sa nasud, mobati dayon tag kaanyag nga as if dili na ta apil sa katilingban sa Pilipinas... unya naa kay nahimo para mapanindot atong nasud/katilingban? mga taw nga sama ninyo ang hinungdan ra pod nganong bati para ninyo ang Pilipinas! wake up man!

Ok, first of all I wasn't slamming any police/SWATS . I was just posting what is the truth about the country . Isn't true the streets are plagued with snatchers , hold-uppers , kidnappers , and etc ? Who else would love to be surrounded by criminals ?? Go figure !!!

Tell me why WE (immigrants to other countries) are the reason ? Elaborate more .. We jilted the country for the reason of uncertain future and the country is not safe . I'm sure you would love to get the hell out of the country if given the chance . Soooooo obvious !!!!

HEY I love this country ! It's just people here can't accept the fact that almost everything in our beloved country is in discombobulation . The truth hurts . I understand . Pffttt !

Wala pod d i snatchers, hold-uppers, kidnappers sa ubang nasod? Mas grabe pa man gani sa uban, mas big time pa ang crimes kay laganap ang human trafficking, drug trafficking, piracy, kidnapping, carnapping, etc... Statistically ni-increase ang crime rate sa Philippines, YES! but kung basihan nimo sa ubang nasod, walay deperensya kay nisaka pod sila and mas labaw pa.

FYI FAQ, I also travel around the world a lot more than you think dude, but I did not leave this country just because of your petty reasons. At least I'm doing my part to make it a better place to be in my own ways. If all the talented Filipinos will have a mentality like yours, then who will be left to make this country a better place? If all the talented and privileged people like you will abandon this country, then for sure tinuod jud that this country will become a country of scoundrels as you think. But if all talented people would have stayed and magpakabana sa katilingban ug sa gobyerno, then ang mga officials unta mga talented and trustworthy and dli ang mga trapo! You gave up on your country and left it just to be what you think it is, instead of doing what you can to make it better.

We Filipinos are versatile and excellent when it comes to our jobs... so sad we're doing great things for other countries but not for our own
