Kay da more na magdaghan ang manud na kompanya (kay maau ang services nato) d better ang competisyon.. in the end ang agents ang unang mabinipisyohan, ang nasud mabulahan, og ang mga batan on nga nagsunod naay klarong direksyon...

    Dapat ilampaso ning mga Itika ni (Indian > Itik or Pana here in Doha) kay murag mga kinsa pud ni sila diri, abi nimu kung kinsa..

    Kani na news gi post namu diri sa amu bulletin board sa office, hahaha, proud pinoy, then nahilom mga Itik.. congrats pinas!

    Agreed, hinoun maitag dili nita tangtang-on (or I deny ang qualified) ang mga maayo mo English nga Indian. Naa bayay nindot mo accomodate nila Seniors, Sups and Managers alike. There are a lot of customers complaining or asking to talk to an American not because of Racism its about them connecting the message relayed to them.

    Calibration lang jud na sa English.

    SDM namo niingon nga SELL YOURSELF, ITS A MATTER OF SELLING YOURSELF TO THE CUSTOMER This makes them satisfied and keep coming back for more.

    Ang kabati lang ani... grabeh ang queueing. Ah... maitag naay sapi ang wow calls.

    Get ko na nganong daghan sales ang INDIA. They haggle a lot just to get the sales. What the heck.

    @rev: very much agreed... grabe kaayo kuwang nalang ihatag nila... what a marketing strategy.

    but as for me happy ko dghan mga tawo naay trabaho tungod sa call centers like mga janitors galimpyo sa call centers, mga waiters, bar tenders, etc sa near by resto or coffee shop, it creates more jobs than we could think of.

    pero ang dili lang nako ganahan ba ang lifestyle sa uban call center agents but ilaha pud na, if others could have been wise enough, save their money and invest on business at least makatabang sila creater og jobs for other people and still work as an agent...

    apil mga Management personnel, System administrators, Developers ug uban pang mga back end support. pati engineers (facilities and technician) gali nakinabang sa industry

    daghan jud nag abusar sa lawas... kasagaran kai mga freshgrad nga na bag ohan kai nag dawat na ug dako2x nga income

    Am hoping that call center industry will become more stable than before. That's what am hoping for, more jobs though not permanent but can provide us money to buy food and clothing. Chaar!
