well, a bill is being pushed in the US of A, imposing an excise tax to every call taken from the US...putting a constraint on the companies that use BPOs...more expenses and less profit for them and might lead to the worst-case scenario- which is for them to stop outsourcing their customers' calls...it might be the end of the call center industry in the PI coz we all know that US is our biggest market.
