Is it me? or firefox is freakin slow on windows7?

Globe WiMax diay imo gamit, depende sad raba na sa location sir, so far katong wimax nga akong na setup for PC sa Canduman using 4 PCs kusog jud bisan gi tabangan pa ug upat wala jud problem til now. it was installed last december pa hinoon.. Hulog hulog piso to using the said WiMax nga 999 man cguro to.. pero dili to ako sa ako tong migo...

average speed is 300++ kbps

Technically, yes.. But para ma isolate nimu and Internet connection speed, try observing if hinay ba ang firefox or if mubrowse ba xa hinay.. Try using different browser too. If same issue with other browsers, then possible Internet speed related. How about programs in your PC not related with Internet.. Hinay or ok ra?

i just can't get it why firefox " it freezes at times, hangs" as to loading times mag depende man gyud sa connection speed nako that i know. hmmm
is it possible that the problem will be solved if you uninstall and reinstall firefox?

@naborbong. hay.... mulang i only get less than half the speed of what my plan is.

cge na ko tawag nila ani before. kapila napud sila ka agi sa balay. after that it gets better a few days and back to the crappy service GLOBE is sooooo well known. im just so tired of this i just gave up on them. anyway hapit naman pud mahuman contrata nako aning wimax. i wouldn't think twice to replace it.

errr... I guess firefox jd na xa.. Before Reinstalling Firefox, I suggest resetting it first.. Win7 man dba.. open Firefox safe mode (type lang daun sa searchbox sa start "firefox" ). There should be an option to reset to defaults. Pero if di gihapon matabang, then I guess mag-uninstall/reinstall jd ka unfortunately
