india is the most preferred but we always know by heart that we filipinos speak more fluent and better english than them.. it's just too unfortunate that whenever we take calls and the american person talks to the other line.. "Am I talking to INDIA again??"
We are always unfortunately branded as Indians when we're not because of their poor english accent....
