Naka sulay ko sakay, nice low rpm torque. Sakto gyud pang cyudad.
This is also nice but it's most probably way out of my budget of 300k coz it looks like there's no 2nd hand for this crdi car

Or get the Hyundai Accent CRDi. With a 1500cc diesel engine that produces 240+ Nm of torque at 2000 rpm , this is the best choice for city driving conditions. That's more torque than what you get with your normally aspirated 2.0 liter gasoline engine plus you get the fuel economy of a diesel. Bati lang cya tanawon compared to it's other siblings hehehehe

Which is still better than a 2.0 liter. I used to get 5km/liter on my previous 2.0 liter car if I'm on hataw mode. (and 9km/liter on slow mode)

you might want to consider what noriss suggest bro. a Hyundai Accent CRDi.
i dont own one. but a friend of mine does.
its very economical bro, and it has a powerful diesel engine.

btw, i drive a honda city 2009. it's also very fuel efficient. its more fuel efficient than a toyota vios.
but compared to the Accent. its a no match. considering also Diesel is cheaper than Gasoline (unleaded).

Surprisingly, kusog cya mu accelerate. Almost at par with the Altis... well... ALMOST (hahaha) pero inherent of all diesel engines wala lang top end so pildi gihapon cya on the long stretch (SRP?) hahaha The only drawback I could think of is that diesel engine parts generally are more expensive than their gasoline counterparts.

Pero still the acceleration is there, you get the mileage of a diesel and diesel costs cheaper.

    i think a 1.3vios would be around P400k.

a surplus honda fit is around P300k. but is a fit really fuel efficient ba? i heard otherwise lagi. or depende ra ni sa unit?

a mini cooper... am not sure if fuel efficient ni. diba, gamay2 rani tan awon pero power ang makina ani?
