That is right if you read the first post but what makes you read the first post ?

The moment you see the title right ? YOu dont just randomly click threads and read first post , you go to that thread because you want find out what is going on with the TITLE .

And I didnt say it is a MISLEADING FIRST POST , I stated it is a MISLEADING TITLE . It is not a commonsense dicating because most of the time , if a GENERALIZED word is used , we all would end up in SPECULATING . The thing is , I could care less on all this scenarios , maski ga patay pa to sila sa village nila just because of a dent or a scratch but what I am lifting up , pointing out and emphasizing here is the GENERALIZATION . It is unfair to to those who are in the force . Su sama sa gi awhag atong isa ka poster na igsoon cguro , kang kinsa man sila ni tawag nangayo ug advise ? Dili ba sa POLICE OFFICER ra pod gihapon ? Unsay paminaw kaha ato niya ug maka dungog siya ug " POLICE HARASSMENT " ?

Now , to end this discussion since OT man ta ... kung naka tag-an mo dayon na di to siya MISLEADING then so be it .

sa ako-a lang, why i made that title was because mau na ang amo ikiha niya if nipadayun siya sa iya gibati coz we know he is a police but i opt not to put it yet (coz nagdig pa mi sa iya position as well as assignment)....i could've put POLICE MISCONDUCT than HARASSMENT coz mau man jud ang case...

i think we don't have to put the word "officer" coz by definition "Police misconduct refers to inappropriate actions taken by police officers in connection with their official duties."

unsa nabuhat sa usa, mau ang impression sa tanan...mura gud kung naay drug pusher sa usa ka skwelahan, lahi na ang impression anang skwelahan...as well with POLICEMEN...they represent the POLICE FORCE either graduate sa PNPA or Crim...

The subject heading could have been written to avoid equivocation but it's not as important as discussing the actual harassment and what should or can be done about the abusive police officer. When police harassment occurs, whether it involves a single officer, a group of them or all of them acting collectively, we should be concerned and demand answers because we rely on these people to protect our freedoms. I hear too many stories from too many people about police abuse in this country to be rightfully concerned whenever I hear more stories like this surface. After the Mendoza incident we all should be concerned about not only the ethics education of our police force but also their mental health.

That is beside the point wether he is a law enfrocer or not . The point being emphasized is the GENERALIZATION . MInd you , the word police is very broad . It could be a NOUN and a VERB .

You are directly accusing a single person , not as a whole . That is why , if you are being just specific like a POLICE OFFICER or POLICEMAN , it would justify that you are not generalizing although you are making this thread as a way of PAHUNGAW sa imong gibati and in good faith .

Ga pataka man lang ka oi . Now you are clearly indicating that you are indeed GENERALIZING . Not in good faith afterall diay pag himo nimo ani and tabla ra na ni ingon ka na tanan driver of vehicles sa village ninyo shares the same mentality of being a reckless driver so apil na papa nimo ato .

if someone introduces him/herself as a police or law enforcement officer you can ask them na mag pakita sa ilang mga id's and badge.nang gulat ra na.
