as for OFWs its the same thing, they work there to feed thier families here and result is still no progress for the country. Fact is this country is so ****ed up from the inside no matter what you do it wont matter, and you only have only the people to thank for that. If only the Filipino people would have the same belief in what we can do as a nation as I do.

Well, I stand firm in my belief that the Philippines will be able to rise again and as I hope, it will become the great nation it deserves to be. Who would believe the Philippines more than the people who know it's strengths best? The Filipino people. Change is the only permanent thing on earth, we can change, the way we run the country and how confident we are in it.

On the best I can, I will invest my money in the Philippines and give the jobs to FILIPINOS and not to foreign people elsewhere.

Soon enough we'll meet again when my hope comes true.

@leonell - seriously considering that young new breeds of politicians get corrupted because old ones still have a very strong influence even though they are not in office anymore, and when these young ones get old and new ones join in the cycle continues and gets worse due to the fact that those undesired acts that they do seems so normal and acceptable to them and so they continue with it.

Yes there is, Filipino Chinese fire fighters, they see lack of firemen they volunteered. heck istorya.net even organizes tree planting activities, our company conduct volunteer programs, doing something doesn't necessarily mean doing something big. it starts small and it involves a community believing a common cause, like recycling, voting, etc.

Taxes goes to the city, to make the city better ex: SRP project, Mambaling fly over, roads, traffic lights, bus terminals, hospitals, schools etc etc lol. they don't go all to corruption as you might want to express. corruption is so common, its everywhere in the world. what is important is the progress that's being made is greater than the corruption being done.

yes I'm feeding myself and my family and help people who strives to make their lives better, I'm paying tax because i still believe in this battle, got a problem with that?

I'm not a call center dude, but i salute them for doing their part in this continuing effort for betterment.
