I completely disagree with this because many innocent drivers will be put in jail. Our country is full of imbeciles who dash across the road like animals who can't discern distance or danger. If pedestrians don't value their own lives, why should anyone? In the case of drunk drivers, sure I approve of this. But what if it's the pedestrians fault. The problem is also our hopelessly corrupt prosecutors who are too idiot and have caused so many innocent people to go to jail. Our prosecutors lack prosecutorial restraint and file cases even without basis, risking the freedom of innocent people. Even in the event of an obvious accident because as a prosecutor once said to me "when in doubt, file a case"... shouldn't it be "when in doubt, don't file?" As long as our people in government have no common sense, I'm totally against this bill. We need fewer laws, this country has too many f*king laws that are half-assed or poorly thought out because of low-IQ thought process.

I think a better law would be 12 years to 20 years in jail for politicians who recklessly file stupid and idiotic laws, wasting taxpayer money with their imbecility.
