    If they acknowledged your resignation letter, check the date, it should be 30 days from when they acknowledged that letter. They should have no right to hold you responsible whatsoever after the 30 days. It is stated as 30 days and not 30 working days. Holidays and rest days should be included in those 30 days.

    30 days man kaha? if so, 30 days gyud, regardless unsay inyong nasabutan, mao mana naa sa letter nmo.. are you willling to risk your new job over that argument?

    Thanks sis... Also one of the reasons why I left but they're not shady... I don't mean to be rude to the company but there are things that are lacking and there is no clear process for everything...
