    This is my 3rd company...

Actually, nice man unta to ang ako first company, problema lang kay napadpad ko sa mindanao, then dili worth it ang sweldo, not unless naa rako sa Cebu, I can live with it.

Ako 2nd company, nice unta, international then American Based, cge larga2x sa US (ako ra ang wala.. hehhehehe)... Problema lang kay dili ni siya stable nga firm, Basin anytime pwede mo sirado, then asa nalang ko mang apply...

Ako 3rd, ok raman so far... Kulba^ lang then dako ug responsibility and risk... but still worth it ang compensation and benefits..

Pero, I'm still open in the future, if there really is a better opportunity... Dili ko magsalitang tapos... But for my present company, like the song from 311...

"I'll be here for awhile... I ain't going nowhere.."

for me lang...it's okay if your performance is above par and dili ka buluyagon...most of the job hoppers nowadays man gud have an attitude problem...mao lng na ako nabantayan...

my 2 cents lang ha... it's always greener on the other side and this is why a lot of people job hop. companies will always have pros and cons. i used to interview applicants and to be honest, this is one of the major things i look at. the tenure of the applicant with his previous companies is a big factor for a manager/HR to hire you since the employer will also want to have tenure from all it's employees. they are also looking at ROI since it's more expensive to hire than to keep an employee.

so to answer your question, yes. it does matter if you job hop. Your reasons might seem valid to you but not to the employer.

nice observation. This is also what i observed. people would say i will resign because i don't like their system or something like that. They have to realize though na empleyado ra ta tanan and have to abide by the policies.
