    11000 pesos? No offense sir but is this a joke? It is even beneath a csr type work salary. The technical and artistic skills involved in content creation either 2D or 3D is not deserving of below standard rates.

    This is for a 4-day weekday, 8 hours per day, not 5 or 6 thus only 32 hours a week instead of 40. If the applicant is already adept (expert level) at Second Life content creation, we would possibly consider a revised rate.

    Thanks for clarifying the hours less the overtime pay, I hope. And good to know that you're willing to hire for a fairer salary. The Philippines is already way behind in this area of expertise even compared to India. Its a shame more filipino artists are going abroad to SG, Canada, UK, etc, to have a decent salary for all their hard work. Given bpo companies are not really underpaying employees(mostly anyway) for talking on the phone the whole day, designers and engineers deserve a fair wage as well from foreign companies established here in the Philippines. Just my 2 cents.

    A word of advice. Your future employers would be more keen on hiring you if you did a little research on their company and the work they do--it's called "initiative"--it's what we look for in the people we hire.
