I have only tried 3 korean restaurants (Seoul in Cebu, Hangukan, and Korean Noodle House) so I can't really give a sure recommendation on the best kimchi in town. The bottled kimchi in supermarkets are not as good as those in restarurants though (aslom kaayu uy). But the packed kimchi in Assi Mart is good! I frequented the place when I was still living in Mabolo.
unsa man ingredients ani kimchi?..sori for my ignorance =)

oh yes, kimchi is really good.
Usually have it when i crave for some Korean food but I also order the kimuchi ramen in Japanese restos as well.
