Clearly, sHenZee03 was only posting what she saw that particular point of time. She said pEnNy was using a car with a red plate but did not mention nor confirm that it was indeed a government-owned vehicle. While that of course raised questions from majority of the people who followed this thread and irked pEnNy, we cannot deny the fact that sHenZee03's only intention was to input something she thought was worth mentioning that could have been related to the topic.

Although sHenZee03 appears she did not agree on https://www.istorya.net/forums/8992083-post101.html, IMO she conceded on that post.

Bottomline: sHenZee03 went to war without ammo. Technically, pEnNy is right.
