my old man never taught me anything.....

because he is always away... abroad....

I've learned swimming on my own... by going to the pier... with my neighbors...

learned bicycle while borrowing the bike of our neighbors....

learned karate secretly through a neighbor...

    learned boxing from neighbors still..

    and many to mention...

pila d.i edad nimu namatay imong papa?

Nic, mine is always away too... same line of work prolly?

Anyway, 80% of what I learn came from my older brother, 20% from experience but that was way back when I was younger.

I still keep 20% of what my brother taught me, 75% from experience and 5% from… never mind.

And yes, my brother taught me how to defend myself (not sure if I still remember martial arts though) and to swim in a “not so helpful way”. He never made it easy for me but I’m glad he didn’t.
