please help me to forget and move on

guys need your advice....how come I cannot forget my ex..his my first bf for almost one year mi pero long distance mi na relationship..sa phone lng nko xa nasugot kay by that time na after three months courtship,nilarga naman xa..so in short wa la jud mi ngkakuyug as bf and gf...pag-abot nya la mi ngkita coz nakgbulag xa kay naa daw xa dako sala and i dnt deserve him daw...pero how come di man nko xa malimtan oi.niagi naman ang almost one year..hantud karn...tabang!then lately ngkatext mi ug sweet2x then after few days wa nasad xa nireply sa akong messages...feel nko looy na jud ayu ko....di naman xa moreply oi..last nyang message nag i miss u and love u man to pero how come wa naman moreply after.....
hay naku love......help ninyu guys.....im so lonely and down.....

let me recap and give some of my POV...

1st: nakig bulag xya coz he's donte something wrong... do you know what that is? or you dont mind at all.
2nd: he texted you "miss u" and "luv u" but never did txted back... something fishy...


but know what? you need to let him go. don't expect you'll end up with him. its painful.. but you need to accept it for you to move on.. accepting it will actually take time but you can do it.

Ways to forget him? Change your number. Hopefully, wa ka ka memorizE sa iya number para Dili ka ma tempt nga mo txt. Keep urself busy. Read a book. Laag! And love another a guy. He doesn't deserve u. Mga laking paasahon ra ka and Dili na mO reply! Shoots!!

I hope you won't mind if i say... the guy is trying to act cool and stuff, and you're the one paying the price....

about your concern, it's easier said than done to forget somebody, especially if that person is someone special. It's near impossible to forget someone that has been a part of your life, but i think what you must do is not to forget that person, but rather, learn how to live with the fact that that person is not with you anymore.
On a side note, please open your eyes and realize that the guy might just be playing with you.

Sometimes, it's very hard to forget,
because you confine yourself with the reasons why,
and it sustain the love that you have for him,
simply think that both of you are not meant for each other,
false hopes do inflict a lot of harm.
Close what is open right now and make sure that it's kept unlocked
who knows someday, someone would attempt to knock and perhaps
you would find him more deserving to come in.
