guys,

just this week ngbinuang akong HD. it was bought 6months ago pa and now dli na jud madetect.
pero before that, cge na ug bisyo. mohang up for a few seconds or even a minute then mobalik ra man sab. pero karon dli na jud modetect.

Pwed ni nako ma ilisdan ug lain? naa pa nako ang resibo. ako ni gi palit sa Asia Pacific computers sa emall.
Na dismaya jud ko sa quality ani oi, naa ko HD 5 years na, running pa gihapon. kani nuon nga bag-o, dali ra kaau naguba.

when my raptor wont work on me, i filed a rma on their website. they told me to send it to their rma center in singapore. got a new one within 2 weeks no questions asked. WD service rocks ^_^

data is not covered under warranty. only the hard drive

lol. ang data recovery is up to u bay. i don't see how a HDD company will give warranty on the data.
I suggest try to get the in-store replacement first before availing of manufacturer warranty. If mo sugot ra mo replace ang store then dili naka mo bayad shipping padong singapore. Ikaw man ang mo bayad para shipping padong WD if mo avail ka sa ila RMA service.

contact your local outlet where you bought your drive,1yr man seguro ila warranty ana.
