i visited psca a few weeks back. and i just learned a very intruiging story.

they have a student who studied at icaac and enrolled again at psca kay na batian daw ngadto. na kulangan.

sa tinuod gyud base on experience and observation between the 2 schools
kung sa mga equipments and gadgets i go for icaac. they have an immersion circulator and a blast freezer my dream kitchen toy! and many more!

but when it comes to training psca is far more superior.
countless times students at icaac and psca have there ojt at shangrila.

the comments with the chefs and cooks are always this. kaning mga bataa "icaac" nag salig ra nga dato, skwela pa ug culinary wa man diay na katon. " and to think there tuition are more expensive.
