i think they are basing that on the papers what they are agreed for if na-ay incedent nga mahitabo, to think that the banker oil is owned by petron and the banker vessel is owned by sunshine martime ba toh?

but who is supposed to be blamed is it petron or the owner of solar 1 tanker?

i dont have an idea bout the issue but as what i have seen on tv i've never seen and never heard a comment or explaination from the side of solar 1

according to the news early this morning, petron passed the strict standards daw (i forgot the name sa in-charge about marine matters).

Petron is to be blame on this. Since they are the owner of the goods that are very dangerous in terms of environmental impact then they should see to it that they hire shipping vessels that would surely ensure the safety of the cargo to arrive without a chance of spillage. They should have inspected or set criterias in choosing their logistics partner.
