    Default employer vs. dept of labor


    anyone whose experiencing a random inspection from DOLE? or any case of labor code violation (eg. underpaid wage, child labor, illegal termination, etc..) what should be our rights as employer?

    wala jud koy na batian nga ang DOLE nag inspeksyon......kung naa tngali nga mo reklamo mao na naay mo inspeksyon

    naa man sila bag-o na system start pag oct 2010, mu diretso lang ug pag ingun patan-awa ta sa inyu SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth remittances hasta payroll. lately man gud na found out nila underpaid ako mga tao thats why gipatawag ko sa regional tripartite board sa DOLE, and pag adto nko they will let me make a compromise agreement to pay the difference sa ako wage rate ug sa bag-o na wage rate law. Until now, wala pko action kay murag di man kaayu bug-at na violation pwede ra pabadlung but worry lang ko kung mag cge samuk2.

    so maybe, next week i have to see a labor lawyer. thanks sa tambag.

    naa mi kaila taga dole, ni strikto gyud daw sila ron.... ang kaking's daw o unitap ba to kabayad daw ug daku tungod underpaid ilang workers... SSS, philhealth, ug pag-ibig bai, kung wala nasulod imung mga tao, paksit gyud ka...maski unsaon daw ug rason sa employer, kabayad gyud ka sa anang violation.... kami sad gani, kami nlang mulihok para sa mga SSS sa uban namung worker kay di gyud sila mangunay ug lihok... kuha nalang daan maayo na lawyer bai...

    as employer, you have the right to contest the findings of DOLE. you may present documentary evidence to prove that you have not violated the provisions of the labor code.

    di ni pwede ibaliwala? gukdon jud ka aning taga labor?

    Try to check if DOLE have implemented that on their system. If they do, wala na kay mabuhat ana. Anyway, if walay violations, nganong mahadlok man ka?

    IMO, mas maayo ni para ang mga employer mosunod gyud sa labor code.

    d na pwede ibalewala... gukdon gyud ka ana nila... samtang di pa kaau daku ang issue, do something about it...
