it may take months or even years.... 2 years or more...

there is no one approach para maka move on..

for example online games... work out.. or apil ug mga organization nga busy keu like outreach programs..

the most important thing is dapat dili ma idle imoha daily life para malikayan ang pag huna2x about him...

just remember during the course of moving on ma tempt jud ka nga maghuna2x niya ug mo wonder what if mo balik or something like that... dpat i-resist jud na nimo...
